How to Fix the Gmail "Signature Too Long" Error Message

Have you ever been greeted by the dreaded "signature too long" error message in Gmail? It's a frustrating experience, and to be honest, I'm not entirely sure what triggers it. However, I managed to uncover a simple solution to tackle this issue head-on.

In short, the key lies in formatting your signature within the window of a composed email and then transferring (copy & paste) it into the backend settings of Gmail. It may sound a bit tricky to explain through writing alone, which is why I highly recommend checking out my video tutorial here. In it, I walk you through the entire process step by step, making it easy to follow along.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm no Gmail expert, but sometimes, simplicity is the best approach and I really COULD NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME, find a solution or fix on Google that actually worked! But after playing around for several days, surprisingly, this straightforward step did the trick for me, and I'm hopeful it'll do the same for you.

If this helped you, please like and share my video tutorial!
