Step 1: Customizing Your Template

The first step is to choose a template that fits your desired format. Whether you're creating reels for real estate, fitness, or any other industry, Canva offers a wide range of templates to choose from. Once you've selected your template, it's time to customize it to make it your own.

Step 2: Preparing Your Data

Next, you'll need to prepare a spreadsheet with your client names and testimonials. For ease, I like to use Google Sheets. You want to ensure that each column is named accordingly to the relevant information you want on each design. In this case for testimonials, all you will really need is 2 columns – one for the client’s name and the other for their written testimonial.

Step 3: Importing Your Data

Once your spreadsheet is ready, download it as a CSV file, simply upload it to Canva and connect the data points to the corresponding text boxes in your template. Canva will do the rest, creating multiple designs with your client testimonials seamlessly integrated.

Step 4: Enhancing Your Design

With your designs generated, it's time to add those finishing touches to make your reels stand out. Adjust text size, color schemes, and add animations and sound effects to enhance visual appeal and engagement.

Step 5: Finalizing and Downloading

Once you're satisfied with your designs, it's time to finalize and download them. Canva makes it easy to export your reels in various formats, ready to share across your social media platforms. Watch the video above to learn how to bulk download/export your designs as individual videos.
