• According to eXp Realty’s independent contractor agreement, an eXp Sponsor is the named eXp agent who had the greatest influence on your decision to join eXp Realty. While it’s possible to join eXp without a sponsor, selecting an eXp Sponsor you most align with may also provide access to tools and resources beyond eXp Realty’s standard brokerage offerings.

• As part of eXp’s revenue share model, sponsors earn a percentage of the revenue generated by the agents they introduce, incentivizing them to offer ongoing guidance and support. Keep in mind, once you join eXp Realty, your sponsor cannot be changed.

• Henceforth, by naming LARESSA NGOEUN as your eXp Sponsor, you’ll gain access to her exclusive template vault, along with additional tools, training, and resources provided by the Wolf Pack.

• Agent Wolf Pack is a revenue-sharing organization within eXp Realty, offering agents unparalleled support without the additional fees or commission splits often required by traditional real estate teams. We’re renowned for empowering agents to create, grow, and scale their businesses through personal branding, YouTube, and social media strategies.

• Fun fact: In 2023, the Wolf Pack achieved a remarkable milestone, ranking #2 globally for net growth among nearly 90,000 agents within eXp Realty.

• While there are NO fees to partner with Laressa and be part of the Wolf Pack, there are however, fees to be part of eXp Realty.

• Agents joining from the US, have a $149 start up fee and an $85/month cloud brokerage fee.

• Agents joining from Canada, have a $199 start up fee and an $139/month cloud brokerage fee.

• Yes, you can still name LARESSA NGOEUN as your eXp Sponsor! That’s one of the amazing benefits of eXp Realty. As an international, cloud-based real estate brokerage, eXp operates without borders, giving you the freedom to choose a sponsor you resonate with, no matter where they are located.

• Fun fact: All the Agent Partners I've partnered with have all come through my YouTube channel—and none of them are based in Alberta, Canada!

• As a cloud-based brokerage, we operate within a virtual metaverse office called eXpWorld. Here eXp is broken down into specialized department and further organized by country, province, and state to better support our agents locally.

• For transactional support, you can reach out to your Province or State Broker Team within eXpWorld. It may sound unconventional, but it's actually much more effective than phone calls, texts, or emails!

Unfortunately, the answer is no. The Wolf Pack operates as a revenue share organization within eXp Realty, and the only way to join and gain access to our exclusive resources is to partner with an eXp Sponsor who is already a member of the Wolf Pack–like LARESSA NGOEUN.
