🌟 Purchase my Canva Template for this "Digital Real Estate Newsletter" on my Etsy Shop Here:

Are you a real estate professional looking to elevate your marketing game? In this comprehensive guide, I walk you through the process of creating and distributing a stunning newsletter using Canva. From design tips to distribution strategies, I got you covered every step of the way.

Oh and fair warning, I interchangeably use the terms Canva Website, funnel, landing page – which to me, mean all the same. I just need to juice this blog post up with keywords for SEO purposes. Okay thank you reading. Carry on my friend!

Understanding Canva Websites

Canva Websites are essentially mock-up sites serving as single landing pages that you can design to resemble a website. They are customizable, versatile, suitable for desktop and mobile viewing, making them ideal for landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets. For this tutorial, we'll focus on crafting a real estate newsletter that you will share with your clients via URL link.

And yes, I know… it’s not the greatest way but we need to make due with what we got. Plus doing it this way is FREE. And before you ask, no - there is no way to embed this design into your email campaign software unless you manually export each page as an image and import that into your email builder that way. Choose your path my friend.

Design Your Newsletter with Canva Websites

Start by selecting a blank Canva website doc-type and create the structure for your newsletter. Organize sections such as business spotlights, YouTube promos, property listings highlights, and market snapshots to provide valuable content to your audience.

Designing Section 1: Business Spotlight

Highlight key referral businesses or partners in your community with visually appealing graphics and informative content.

Designing Section 2: YouTube Promo

If you are the YouTubes (if not, I highly encourage you to be), this is your chance to promote your latest YouTube video to further drive client engagement and expand your audience reach.

Designing Section 3: Property Listings Highlight

Showcase your featured property listings (or office listings) with captivating images, simple descriptions, and clickable links.

Designing Section 4: Market Snapshot

To provide value and easy-to-read local real estate market stats, I recommend you create a charts or graph – obviously, with the help of Canva! Having this type of info-graphic will help your audience understand current trends and market conditions to make informed decisions whether they are a buyer or seller in the current real estate market.

Adding Clickable Social Icons

Be sure to include clickable social icons in the footer of your newsletter to encourage readers to connect with you on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and email.

Publishing Your Canva Website

Once you've put the finishing touches on your landing page and ensured both its design and functionality are up to par, it's time to hit the publish button. You can find this button conveniently located at the top right corner of your Canva design window. Once clicked, you'll enter the publishing window where you can fine-tune important details like the website title (which corresponds to the name of your Canva Document), favicon, and a brief description to boost search engine visibility.

For those with a FREE Canva account, publishing your website comes with the option of a Canva Free domain name. Alternatively, if you're a Canva Pro user, you have the additional choice of purchasing a domain through Canva or utilizing your own domain. Simply follow Canva’s instructions on hosting your website with your custom domain name.
