Create Interactive Real Estate Landing Page with Canva Websites for BUYER LEADS

Did you know that you can create FREE landing pages with Canva Websites without any coding? It's as easy as drag and drop! In this tutorial, I'll walk you through the process of creating a free landing page or funnel using Canva Websites. The goal? To create a real estate funnel tailored for potential buyer clients, encouraging them to book a real estate consultation call with you.

Oh and fair warning, I interchangeably use the terms Canva Website, funnel, landing page – which to me, mean all the same. I just need to juice this blog post up with keywords for SEO purposes. Okay thank you reading. Carry on my friend!

Understanding Canva Websites

Canva Websites are essentially mock-up sites serving as single landing pages that you can design to resemble a website. They are customizable, versatile, suitable for desktop and mobile viewing, making them ideal for landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets.

Step 1 - Designing Your Landing Page

Start your design by choosing a website template available in the Canva Website library or opt for a blank template to customize your landing page according to your preferences. From here, build you Canva Website by adding in elements like text, images, videos and incorporate your branding elements.

Step 2 - Adding Interactive Elements

This is the fun part! With Canva Websites, you can embed another Canva design project into another Canva design project – It’s design inception! In other words, in the case of my video tutorial linked below, you can embed your real estate buyer guide onto your Canva website and have it be interactive. You can also embed YouTube videos to showcase educational content or testimonials.

Finally, include a call-to-action button at the bottom of you landing page, prompting visitors to take the desired action, such as booking a call or signing up for a newsletter. For this, I like to use a platform called Calendly (which is a meeting scheduler tool) to help me book seamless Zoom calls with my clients.

Step 3 - Testing and Previewing

Before publishing your landing page, thoroughly test all interactive elements and buttons to ensure they function correctly. Utilize Canva's preview feature to see how your landing page appears on both desktop and mobile devices. Make any necessary adjustments to optimize the user experience across different devices.

Step 4 - Publishing Your Landing Page

Once you've put the finishing touches on your landing page and ensured both its design and functionality are up to par, it's time to hit the publish button. You can find this button conveniently located at the top right corner of your Canva design window. Once clicked, you'll enter the publishing window where you can fine-tune important details like the website title (which corresponds to the name of your Canva Document), favicon, and a brief description to boost search engine visibility.

For those with a FREE Canva account, publishing your website comes with the option of a Canva Free domain name. Alternatively, if you're a Canva Pro user, you have the additional choice of purchasing a domain through Canva or utilizing your own domain. Simply follow Canva’s instructions on hosting your website with your custom domain name.

With your landing page now live, it's time to share the link with your target audience. Whether it's through future YouTube video descriptions, organic social media posts, paid advertisements, or your email list, spread the word and watch your audience engage!
